Our Space
At Poorna Yoga Studio, we embody a tranquil atmosphere in South Delhi, fostering wellness through authentic Hatha Yoga, Music, Mantra chanting and Kirtan. Our dedicated Hatha Yoga teachers are certified from the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres and each brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their practice. We emphasize spirituality, conscious living, and the importance of self-reflection, creating a welcoming community for the expat community in Delhi and those . Additionally, we offer enriching music classes for both adults and children, ensuring a holistic approach to well-being.

英語があまり得意ではない私ですが、とてもやさしく丁寧なソウダミニのもと、毎回楽しく、そして深く学ぶことが出来ています。Poorna yoga studioでは、シバナンダスタイルのヨガに加えて、コアマッスルのトレーニングや、リハビリエクササイズなども盛り込まれています。コアマッスルのトレーニングはゆっくりとですが、確実に体が変化しているのを感じることができます。スタイル、アンチエイジング、ダイエット効果やその他のスポーツなど、効果を感じる範囲はとても広いです。また、一人一人丁寧に指導してくださり、生徒の体調に応じて臨機応変にレッスン内容を組んでくれます。体調がイマイチな時は、気(プラーナ)が回復するようなリハビリエクササイズなどを盛り込んでくださり、毎回、来たときよりも元気になって帰ることができます。(木津)
